This VOTING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of April 25, 2024, is executed by and among Business First Bancshares, Inc. (“BFST”), a Louisiana corporation and financial holding company registered under the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, as amended (the “BHC Act”), and Oakwood Bancshares, Inc. Terms with their initial letters capitalized and not otherwise defined herein have the meanings given to them in the Reorganization Agreement (as defined below).
