ACSQHC Means the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care. Agreement Means the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care Enterprise Agreement 2016–2019. APS Means the Australian Public Service. CEO Means the Chief Executive Officer of ACSQHC. A reference to the CEOmay also mean a reference to a person holding a delegation from the CEO. COO Means the Chief Operating Officer (or equivalent) of ACSQHC and who has been delegated by the CEO to approve or make decisions underthe Agreement. Department Means the Department of Health. Dependant Means in relation to an employee:a) the employee’s partner; orb) a child or parent of the employee, or of the partner of the employee, being a child or parent who ordinarily resides with the employee and who is wholly or substantially dependent upon the employee. Employees or employee Means an employee engaged by ACSQHC in an irregular or intermittent(casual), non-ongoing or ongoing capacity under section 22 of the PS A

The Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care Enterprise Agreement 2016-2019 is made and approved under Part 2-4 of the Fair Work Act 2009. It is an enterprise agreement between the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care and its employees whose employment is subject to this Agreement.
