This Agreement and all Exhibits attached hereto (“Agreement”) is made and entered into (“Effective Date”) by and between Reporting Systems, Inc., DBA Emergency Reporting, a Washington corporation (“Contractor”), and the City of Anaheim, a municipal corporation (“Anaheim”). Contractor and Anaheim are sometimes individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties.” In consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained in this Agreement, the Parties agree as follows:
