This Financing Commission Agreement ("AGREEMENT") is entered into effective September 9th, 2004 at Los Angeles, California, by and between NAME Productions, LLC (herein referred to as “Producer") with its principal place of business located at ___________________________________ and Five Star Capital, LLC ("FSC") (herein referred to as “FSC”) with its principal place of business located at 354 Santa Louisa, Irvine, California 92606 with respect to the production and financing of the film project defined below. PRODUCER and FSC are sometimes referred to collectively in this AGREEMENT as "PARTIES."
