In this Agreement, “I”, “me”, “my”, “our”, “we”, and “us” refer to the individual(s), corporation(s), duly authorized representatives or party/ies who is/are the Account owner(s), has/have an interest in the Account(s), and consent(s) to be bounded by the terms of this Agreement. On the other hand, “you”, “your”, “Company”, “FMSBC”, and “FirstMetroSec” refer to First Metro Securities Brokerage Corporation, its employees, officers and directors. First Metro Securities Brokerage Corporation is a registered SEC licensed stockbroker.
