Québec Act, and wishes to transfer them into a Renaissance Mutual Funds/Axiom Portfolios Life Income Fund (LIF) with CIBC Trust Corporation as Trustee. To that end, the Annuitant has signed the CIBC Asset Management Retirement Income Fund application, agreeing to be bound by the terms of the Declaration of Trust. The Annuitant agrees to be bound by the terms of this Contract, as well. The capitalized words and expressions used in this Contract have the respective meanings attributed thereto at the end of this Contract.
