This Master Subscription Agreement and all Exhibits annexed hereto (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement by and between Anitian, Inc. ("Anitian"), and the party identified on the Proposal or similar document and entering into this Agreement for the use of the Product ("Subscriber", "Subscriber").
