This is a Rider (“Rider”) to the Rental Agreement (the “Underlying Agreement”) between Real Heaven, Inc. (“Company”) and Keslow Camera Inc. (“Lessor”) regarding the lease of certain equipment defined therein (the “Equipment”). This Rider and the Underlying Agreement shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as the “Agreement”. Unless expressly provided to the contrary herein, to the extent that any condition of this Rider conflicts with any provision of the Underlying Agreement, this Rider shall control. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Underlying Agreement, Company and Lessor agree as follows:

(“Lessor”) regarding the lease of certain equipment defined therein (the “Equipment”). This Rider and the Underlying Agreement shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as the “Agreement”. Unless expressly provided to the contrary herein, to the extent that any condition of this Rider conflicts with any provision of the Underlying Agreement, this Rider shall control.
