entered into by and between the City of Noblesville, Indiana and the Noblesville Parks and Recreation Board (collectively, the “City”, as further defined herein), Indiana Transportation Museum (“ITM”, as further defined herein); Arch Insurance Company (“Arch” as further defined herein); Century Indemnity Company (“Century” as further defined herein); National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, Pa (“National Union” as further defined herein) and Sentry Insurance Company (“Sentry” as further defined herein). Arch, Century, National Union and Sentry may individually be referred to as a “Released Insurer” and collectively as the “Released Insurers.”
