Piper Jaffray & Co. (“Piper Jaffray”) Standard Investment Account or your Prime Account (the “Account”). For individual accounts and accounts owned or directed by more than one person, “you” are sometimes referred to as the “Client.” Piper Jaffray and its affiliates are sometimes referred to as “we, ” “us” or the “Company. ” This Agreement is subject to the prospectuses for the money market investment funds offered by the Company as a component of the Account (the “Funds”). (The prospectuses, including any amendments or supplements, are referred to as the “Prospectuses”).
