THIS AGREEMENT entered into by the County of Erie, New York, Erie County Medical Center Corporation, Erie Community College and the Buffalo & Erie County Public Library hereinafter collectively referred to as the Employer, and Local 1095 and Council 66, American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as Union, has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations between the Employer and the Union; the establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences; and the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work and other conditions of employment.
