LYB Group Company Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of Products and Services in the United KingdomEngland and Wales • December 7th, 2022
These general purchasing terms and conditions (“GTC”) form part of and apply to the contract (“Contract”) between you (“Supplier”) and the ordering LYB group company (“Purchaser”) declaring applicability of these GTC (collectively “parties”) (where not already covered by a LYB group company purchasing agreement). The Contract also comprises any and all relevant purchase orders requesting or specifying a supply of services or products (“Purchase Order”) and any and all supporting terms such as commercial terms and/or specifications agreed between a Purchaser and a Supplier (“Commercial Terms”). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, in the event of any conflict between the provisions of any document comprising the Contract, the parties agree the following order of priority: Commercial Terms, these GTC and finally the Purchase Order.
