THIS AGREEMENT is entered into as of the day of 2006, by and between the CITY OF LINCOLN, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as “City”) and HY-VEE, INC. (Hy-Vee). Hy-Vee is sometimes hereinafter referred to as “Redeveloper”.
