The Template Call Off Terms and Conditions will be appended to the Template Call Off Order Form, which, when completed in respect of a successful tender submitted in respect of a Mini-Competition, together shall comprise a Call Off Agreement. The Template Call Off Terms and Conditions will be included at Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off Terms) of the Framework Agreement.
