In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (hereinafter referred to as "NASA") and Vast Space, LLC located at 2851 Orange Avenue, Long Beach, California 90755 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "Vast"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
