This Memorandum of Understanding sets forth the terms of agreement reached between the City of Fountain Valley and the Fountain Valley Police Officers’ Association as the exclusively recognized employee organization for the Police Officers’ Unit for the period beginning February 1, 2017, through June 30, 2020. Unless otherwise indicated herein, all provisions shall become effective following City Council approval of the MOU.
