Company means Plains Midstream Canada ULC, Sarnia Facility Union means Unifor Sarnia Facility means the Plains Midstream facilities located in Sarnia, Ontario at 1182 Plank Road and 515 Gladwish Drive Facility Employee means an employee in the bargaining unit at the Sarnia Facility unless otherwise specified Probationary Employee means any newly hired employee who has not completed 1040 hours worked in the employ of the Company Seniority or Regular Employee means an employee who has completed the probationary period Temporary Employee means any individual who is hired for a period of time and is not part of the bargaining unit
