LIMITED WARRANTY FOR CREM AMERICASDelaware • March 11th, 2020
CREM, a division of Manitowoc FSG Operations, LLC, ("Company”) warrants the Unity (the “Machine”) to be free of defects in material or workmanship under normal and proper use and maintenance as specified by the Company and upon proper installation and start-up in accordance with the instruction/use and care manual supplied with the machine. This warranty is available only to the original end user (“Owner”) for a period of two (2) years including parts and labor from the date of installation, contingent on completion of warranty registration. The second year of warranty coverage is further contingent on completion of annual Preventive Maintenance (PM) program.
