This agreement (“Agreement”) is between Varsity News Network, Incorporated a Delaware Company (“VNN”) and (“School”) with an address of (VNN and School may each be referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”) and shall be effective for one calendar year from the date of execution (determined by the last signature date herein) and shall automatically renew yearly unless terminated in writing, by either party at least 30 days prior to the end date.
