This Memorandum of Understanding (this “MOU”) is made as of , 2013 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the University Corporation for Advanced Internet Development, Inc. d/b/a Internet2, a District of Columbia nonprofit corporation (“Internet2”), P20W Education Standards Council, a [ ] nonprofit corporation (“PESC”), and , a (the “Participant”). Internet2, PESC, and the Participant shall hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” For the purposes of Section 3 below, the Participant shall be a [University/Organizational] Participant.
