This Second Amendment (“Second Amendment”) to the 2011 Emergency Medical Services Agreement is entered into on the 1st day of May, 2014 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of San Diego, California (“City”), and Rural/Metro of San Diego, Inc., a California corporation, (“Rural/Metro”), the City and together with Rural/Metro, the “Parties”.
