This End User License Agreement (as defined below) is entered into and agreed upon by you, either an individual or an entity (“You” or “Company”) and N-able Technologies Ltd. and (collectively, “N-able”) for the Software (as defined below). This Agreement is made and entered into as of the date that You first accept this Agreement either by executing a Sales Order that references this Agreement or by downloading, installing and/or utilizing the Software or Services (the “Effective Date”).
