This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding agreement between you (“you”) and UBIMET North America Inc. (“UBIMET”). This Agreement governs your use of the MORECAST website located at www.morecast.com (the “Website”) and the MORECAST mobile software application (including all related documentation, the “App”). Collectively, the Website and the App are referred to in this Agreement as the “Information Service.” Your access to and use of the Information Service is subject to this Agreement, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. Please read this Agreement carefully.
