This DARK FIBER LEASE AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is made and entered into as of this day of June, 2021 (the "Effective Date"), by and among the City of Cheney, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington (referred to as either "City" or "Lessor") and Avista Edge, Inc., a Washington corporation (the "Lessee"). Lessor and Lessee are each sometimes referred to herein as "Party" and collectively as "Parties."
