This master Right-of-Way Use Agreement for Pole-Attached Personal Wireless Services Facilities (“Agreement”) is effective as of the date of the City Council’s approval and is between the City of Tempe, an Arizona municipal corporation (“City”) and Verizon Wireless (VAW) LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, dba Verizon Wireless (“VZW”).
