This Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of September 1, 2022 (“Effective Date”) and is entered into by and between the Board of Education of the City of Chicago, a body politic and corporate, commonly known as the Chicago Public Schools (the “Board” or “CPS”) and Illinois Institute of Technology, a private research university, with principal offices located at 3424 South State Street TC-4th Floor, RM 4C7-2, Chicago, IL 60616 (the “Vendor”). The Board and Vendor may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
