This Memorandum of Understanding (the “MOU”) is entered into on September , 2015 ("Effective Date"), by and between The Westminster Presbyterian Church, a California non- profit religious corporation (“Westminster”), and Capitol Area Development Authority, a California joint powers agency ("CADA"). Westminster and CADA are sometimes referred to as a “Party,” and collectively, as the “Parties.”
