Rockefeller Empire State Plaza, Albany, New York 12242, and Sun Microsystems Federal, Inc. (Sun or Contractor), a California Corporation, authorized to do business in the State of New York, having offices at 7900 West Park Drive, Mclean, Virgina, 22102, collectively referred to as the Parties (Parties).
