This contract shall be for the resurfacing of various city streets for an estimated total of 223,000 Square Yards of Milling, 21,0000 Tons of HLBC Wearing Course and 300 Tons of HLBC Base Course material. The work shall consist of the Vendor furnishing all materials, equipment and labor necessary for the satisfactory completion of this project. All materials, equipment, and workmanship shall be in accordance with the West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways, Standard Specifications for Roads and Bridges, 2023, as amended.
