Donlin, Recano & Company, Inc. (hereinafter called “DRC”) agrees to provide Chieftain Sand, including but not limited to any and all bankruptcy cases filed by any affiliate of Chieftain Sand, (hereinafter called the “Client”) and Client agrees to purchase Services, (as defined below) upon the terms and conditions and other provisions stated herein.
