This Agreement is made and entered into this day of , 2021, between the CITY OF PARAMOUNT, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as “City”), and the PARAMOUNT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, a public school district (hereinafter referred to as “District”). The Agreement is made pursuant to being adopted by the City Council of the City of Paramount at its meeting held on the 16th day of February 2021, and by the Board of Education of the Paramount Unified School District at its meeting held on the 9th day of February, 2021.
