This Second Amended and Restated Employment, Confidentiality and Noncompete Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of June 11, 2026 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Company and Employee and completely amends and supersedes the Prior Agreement.

This Employment, Confidentiality and Noncompete Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of June 11, 2026 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Company and Employee and completely amends and supersedes the Prior Agreement.
