This Pole Attachment Service Agreement (“Agreement”), effective upon full execution, is made by and between Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, Washington, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington (hereinafter referred to as “District”), and City of Moses Lake, a municipal corporation and non-charter code city of the State of Washington (hereinafter referred to as “Licensee”).
