This agreement is designed to guarantee the admission of Virginia Community College System (VCCS) students to Randolph College for the purpose of entering a Bachelor's degree program. VCCS students who do not meet the terms of this agreement, however, may be highly qualified and are encouraged to apply for regular admission to Randolph College. VCCS students not covered by this agreement must complete the regular transfer application procedure and are not guaranteed admission.
