This Amended Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between plaintiff Daniel Guevara (“Plaintiff”) and defendant CalTek Staffing, Inc. (“CalTek” or “Defendant”). The Agreement refers to Plaintiff and Defendant collectively as “Parties,” or individually as “Party.”
