This Services and Distribution Agreement includes and incorporates by reference those additional terms and conditions included in Service Orders, receipts, and communications from Us, as well as Our Privacy Policy, Legal Notice, Content Guidelines, submission and approval forms, and the terms of use governing the use of Our websites and the Author Center (collectively referred to as the "Agreement"). As used in this Agreement, "We," "Our" and "Us" refers to Get Published! LLC (a Delaware limited liability company, and wholly-owned subsidiary of Author Solutions, LLC), and its employees, agents, representatives, partners, parent, subsidiaries and related entities and imprints, licensees, successors and assigns; “Affiliates” refers to third party publishers and licensors, and their employees, agents representatives, partners, parent, subsidiaries and related entities, imprints, licensees, successors and assigns; "Contractors" refers to agencies, vendors, retailers, distributors, printers
