This Government to Government Agreement is made between Central Council Tlingit and Haida Indian Tribes of Alaska (hereinafter known as “CCTHITA”) and the State of Alaska, Department of Health and Social Services, Office of Children’s Services (hereinafter known as “DHSS”).
