This Data Processing Addendum (this “DPA”) represents the Parties’ agreement regarding the processing of the Company’s Proprietary Information including Personal Data submitted by the Company to Docebo for the purposes of carrying out the Services, and it forms part of the Master Software-as-a-Service Agreement (the “Agreement”), as updated from time to time. Capitalized terms used in this DPA, but not otherwise defined herein, shall have the same meaning in this DPA as are given to them in the Agreement. In the event of a conflict between any provisions in the Agreement and the provisions of this DPA, the provisions of this DPA shall control.
