THIS CONTRACT (“Contract”), effective as of the day of , 2014, is made by and between the City of Orlando, a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the "City", the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Orlando, a public body politic and corporate and a community redevelopment agency created pursuant to Part III, Chapter 163 of the Florida Statutes, hereinafter referred to as the “CRA”, and Corporation for Supportive Housing, Inc., hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor".
