This Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) dated September 27, 2018, is made by and between the Alexandria City School Board dba Alexandria City Public Schools (hereinafter referred to as “ACPS”), a public entity and/or political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia with offices located at 1340 Braddock Place, Alexandria, Virginia 22314, and Melka Marine, Inc., a corporation duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, who is authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Virginia with a principal place of business located at 3119 Burgundy Road, Alexandria, VA 22303 (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”).
