This document sets forth the Department of the Defense (DoD) Software License Requirements. Publisher’s Software License Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a material part hereof by this reference. This document, including the Software License Agreement attached as Exhibit A: GSA Software Rider, US Government, Exhibit B: Tanium Limited Hardware Warranty & Services Support Agreement and Exhibit C: Tanium Premium On-Site Support Agreement constitutes the “Agreement” between the Tanium Inc., (Publisher) and the DoD. The terms and conditions set out below in these Software License Requirements, supplement, to the extent a conflict exists, supersede, and take precedence over the terms and conditions of Exhibits A, B & C. For clarification in this agreement, Publisher and Publisher are synonymous.
