These agreements have been before the Board before in a closed session. There are two reasons these agreements are on the open agenda for formal ratification by the Board. First, earlier I answered John Kirkham’s question about staff authority incorrectly. I lost track of the fact that staff’s authority extends to the Corridor property being crossed by Q, but not the non- Corridor property. I apologize. In any event, Q’s lawyer has given a clear indication that he will insist on an open meeting record. I would likely do the same.
