This project consists of the construction of an extension of Ford Avenue from its existing terminus to a point approximately 625’ in the field to the east in Effingham, IL. Work will include newly constructed aggregate base course and Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) pavement throughout the project area. Improvements also include earth and furnished excavation, embankment, curb & gutter, PCC sidewalk, storm sewers, inlets, roadway lighting, and all necessary incidental work as shown on the plans or as described herein.
