AGREEMENT (“this Agreement”) is made as of July 1, 2012, by and among the Northern California Power Agency, a joint powers agency of the State of California (“NCPA”) and its Members. NCPA and the Members are referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
