This Interconnection Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 8th day ofNovember, 20 07, by Entergy Gulf States, Inc. – Texas, (“Company”), and Texoga Technologies Corporation (“Customer”), a Texas Corporation , [specify whether corporation, and if so name state, municipal corporation, cooperative corporation, or other], each hereinafter sometimes referred to individually as “Party” or both referred to collectively as the “Parties”.
