WHEREAS, the County of Chelsea (the “County” to include all entities bearing its name) and Tyler Town, Blakeville, Cole City, Chelsea County School District, Zachary Issac Regional Airport and Western American Rail seek to enter a Mutual Aid and Assistance Agreement in order to provide for the sharing of resources, personnel and equipment in the event of a local disaster or other emergency;
