This Settlement Agreement and Release (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and among plaintiff Matthew Skoczen (“Named Plaintiff”) and all those on whose behalf he is prosecuting this action (each of them a “Plaintiff” and all of them “Plaintiffs”), on the one hand, and defendant Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union (“Defendant”), on the other hand, as of the last date executed below. All references in this Agreement to a “Party” or the “Parties” shall refer to a party or the parties to this Agreement as identified above.
