THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the School District of Collier County, Florida, (dba Collier County Public Schools), hereinafter “CCPS” or “District” and Naples Community Hospital Health Care System, hereinafter “NCH” or “Contractor”. CCPS and the Contractor are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties” to this agreement.
