Subject to court approval, this Class Action Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Madelynn Black, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated (collectively, “Plaintiffs”), and Defendant EWC East Bay, Inc., AEIEB, Inc., Blaker EWC, Inc., CJJ Ease, Inc., and Inland Empire EWC, Inc. (collectively referred to in the singular form as “Defendant”). The Agreement refers to Plaintiffs and Defendant collectively as “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
