The Board of Directors of HTL International Holdings Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce that one of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Domicil Mobel GmbH (“DMG”), has entered into a Share Purchase and Transfer Agreement (“Share Purchase Agreement”) with H. Birgitta JAEGGLE (the “Vendor”) to acquire the entire equity interest held by the Vendor in Domicil City GmbH (“DCG”) (the “Acquisition”).
